Commonly used for large roofs on industrial and agricultural buildings, and also well suited for wall cladding. Borga BPD 18 has a classical look and a very large covering width, which makes it a very economical alternative to traditional 20 mm profiles. The asymmetrical shape with narrow upper ribs and wide bottom grooves gives an ageless appearance to the roof. The profile has a special water groove preventing rainwater to come in through the overlap.

To prevent condensation drops to form in the ceiling of uninsulated buildings, it is recommended to apply Borga DropStop to the undersurface of the roof profiles.

The steel core is passivated and painted with a primer and a top layer in polyester P30, P50 or MAT.

Our high-volume classic with a classic wooden panel look. Borga BPE 18 is used for covering walls on various buildings. Its optimised covering width makes it one of our most economical solutions. The asymmetrical shape with wide upper ribs and narrow bottom grooves gives the facade an ageless and classic appearance.

The profile can be installed either horizontally or vertically and is well suited for both small and large surfaces.

The steel core is passivated and painted with a primer and a top layer in polyester P30, P50, MAT or our premium Metallic Colofer® City Lights series.

One of our most popular profiles, used for both roofing and wall cladding. Borga Ekonomi has a low height and a large covering width. The symmetrical profile makes it extremely versatile, since it doesn’t require a complicated substructure to support it. The profile has a special water groove preventing rainwater from coming in through the overlap.

To prevent condensation drops from forming on the ceiling of uninsulated buildings, it is recommended to apply Borga DropStop to the undersurface of the roof profiles.

The steel core is passivated and painted with a primer and a top layer in polyester P30, P50 or MAT.

Borga PP 2 has a very low profile and is used as a covering for interior walls, chimneys, doors, containers and for decorative applications, etc. Since it is non-bearing, it requires a full support sub-structure behind it. Its low profile makes it easy to keep clean, which makes it suitable for environments with hygiene requirements.

TR 128 – high-profile for roofing constructions

A low-weight self-supporting sheet for roof constructions without purlins Borga TR 128 is suitable for industrial and commercial buildings with overlying insulation and roofing. It is self-supporting up to 10 meters, and can be fixed directly to the frames. It has a large covering width in relation to the buoyancy which gives a good overall economy.This profile is today a standard element in insulated roofing constructions and can be used for most types of bearing constructions. When noise mitigation is desired, the profile can be perforated.

TR 128 is made of high-quality steel, grade DX51, cold rolled and galvanized on both sides with a zinc-bearing layer of 275 g/m2, in accordance with EN 10 346 and EN 10 143. Additionally the visible side can be painted white and for some thicknesses also in black.

Available thicknesses: 0.7 mm / 0.8 mm / 0.9 mm / 1.0 mm / 1.2 mm.

The profile’s height makes it especially suited for snowy locations or where high rainwater run-off capacity is required. This profile can also be used externally on the walls of larger industrial buildings. The profile has a special water groove preventing rainwater from coming in through the overlap.

Classic is an attractive and stylish roof sheet that is ideal for most types of building in urban or rural environment. Borga’s Classic folded seam roof sheets are used where high aesthetic standards need to be met – for example, where it is important to maintain an authentic, traditional and high-quality built environment. Long strip covering with folded seam roof sheets is also ideal for roofs with a low slope.

Borga’s Classic is available with a click system and a cover width of 510 mm for quick and easy installation, or for traditional seam folding for a roof covering that offers a dual locking system and a cover width of 540 mm.

  • With double seam: 540 mm

The profile can be equipped with reinforcing ribs, which are both aesthetically appealing and make installation and maintenance even simpler. In addition, the sheets are supplied with a protective membrane on the upper surface, which can easily be removed after installation.
